SQARES AG is the developer and the holder of the IP. It does not need to run every project operationally forever.

Each own project starts as a market test. TaxAI, for example, first proves demand — the first licences sold decide whether it scales.

Spin out

Its own company.

A validated project can move into a dedicated venture of its own, while SQARES AG continues to hold and develop the underlying technology and intellectual property.
